Keeping families together through intensive in-home services
This program will benefit children and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 20 who live in the Hampton Roads area. Intensive In-Home Services encourage people to reach their full potential through clinically sound practices and individualized service plans to address psychiatric issues. In order to avoid the risk of out-of-home placements, counselors work closely with clients, families, coordinating agencies, and outpatient providers to encourage personal skill development.
